because panda express sounded so good but we figured out to make it at home!

here’s what you’ll need:

  • chicken cut in cubes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup tapioca flour
  • 3 oranges + zest + peel
  • 1/4 c tamari/soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 inches of grated ginger
  • 4 grated garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp tapioca flour
  1. Coat chicken in egg > almond flour + tapioca flour mixture seasoned with s&p and some orange zest
  2. Fry those guys up in some avo oil (I did air fryer, but either works!)
  3. In a bowl, whisk all items for sauce.
  4. Back in your pan with chicken and medium heat, add your sauce in and let it thicken.
  5. Serve over veggies + rice, top with sesame seeds + green onions if you dare.
